How many tanks can one SeeLeveL system monitor?
Up to 7 tanks
Are Garnet tank monitors compatible with my RV brand or model?
They are compatible with all plastic holding tanks.
Can Garnet systems be used in marine vessels or tiny homes?
Yes, if the tanks are non-metalic
What is the difference between standard and Bluetooth-enabled models?
One has Bluetooth available, standard does not.
Installation & Setup
Can I install a Garnet tank monitor myself?
Yes, many do-it-yourselfers install their own system.
Do Garnet systems require drilling into tanks?
No, the tank level sender sticks to the outside of the tank
How long does installation typically take?
It depends how easy it is to access your tanks.
Are professional installers or dealers available in my area?
Yes, most.
What tools are required to install a SeeLeveL system?
basic home hand tools.
Usage & Performance
How do Garnet external sensors measure tank levels accurately?
Locates the fluid level by measuring the dielectric strength relative to air.
How accurate are Garnet tank monitors compared to traditional probes?
A traditional probe style indicator will measure 1/3 or 1/4 tank increments. The SeeLeveL senders will measure 3% to 5% increments
Can the system measure fresh, grey, and black tanks simultaneously?
The tank level in shown by pressing the corresponding tank button. They cannot be pressed at the same time.
Does tank buildup or residue affect sensor performance?
Residue buildup will reduce the signal strength of the sender. Although a large buildup will stop the signal over time, regular annual tank cleaning will avoid this issue

Which Garnet systems are compatible with the mobile app?

Is the Garnet app available for both iOS and Android?
Yes.
Does the app show real-time tank levels?
Yes, real time levels and alarms if set up.
Can multiple users connect to the same system?

Does Bluetooth connectivity work without internet access?
